When desiring a copious amount of leafy greens in your diet, making a blended beverage that focuses on them is an easy solution. With just a couple other ingredients, a smooth robust creation can be made in a flash.
Ingredients:
½ container of any prewashed greens of choice (around 2 oz.) (example: baby kale, spinach, spring mix)
Around 20 oz. clean water
½ organic red bell pepper, seeded
½ avocado, peeled and seeded
Directions:
1. Blend the all ingredients in a blender of your choice.
2. Pour into your favorite glass.
