Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups pecans
6 large medjool dates, pitted and torn into pieces
¼ cup tahini
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. unrefined salt
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor with the “S” blade.
2. Process into a doughy consistency.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
