A praise worthy delight! Today, we bring you a delicious vegan recipe that perfectly embodies the spirit of eating raw. Let's celebrate the goodness of raw fruits and veggies with our refreshing POG smoothie. But what exactly is POG? Straight out of Hawaii, it's an acronym for the delightful combination of passion fruit, orange, and guava. This tropical trio brings together the perfect balance of sweetness, zest and juiciness, all while being healthy and naturally vegan. Let's get started!

Ingredients:

1 pineapple - gold variety

4 navel oranges

2 fresh guavas

Directions:

Peel and core pineapple - reserving core and about 1/2 cup of fruit. Slice remaining fruit into chunks and place in a bowl. Peel and section oranges and place in bowl with pineapple. Peel guavas and run through a juicer; mixture will be very thick, then run pineapple core and reserved 1/2 cup through juicer to get out all the remaining guava. Pour guava/pineapple juice over fruit in bowl and refrigerate to blend flavors.

This recipe was inspired by a fruit drink sold in Hawaii called POG, which stands for Pinapple, orange, guava. Enjoy!
