If you love pasta then you got to try this one.
2 cups broccoli florets and stems
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons pine nuts (or pecans, almonds, etc.)
3 cups chopped tomato
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
2. Break broccoli into florets and slice tender stems into thin rounds.
3. In a large pan combine broccoli, tomatoes, pine nuts and garlic and cook over low to medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes (add some distilled water if necessary).
4. Remove from heat and add olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt and cayenne.
5. Serve over cooked pasta and enjoy!
