Various Veggies (asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, mushrooms, green, yellow, or red peppers...)
Organic Spaghetti Sauce or Marinara Sauce
Directions:
This recipe comes from Kathy K.: "When I get hungry for spaghetti, I slice up various veggies (some examples are asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, mushrooms, green, yellow or red peppers…) and very lightly steam them. Then I take a jar of organic spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce from the health food store, heat it up, and pour it over the steamed veggies. Very satisfying!" ENJOY!
