Cheese substitute can be used as a sandwich spread, a topping for baked vegetables, used on crackers, a dip for kids with a platter of bite sized veggie pieces.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea salt (to taste)
3 tablespoons grated carrot
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup corn flour
2 cups hot distilled water
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 cup yeast flakes
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients until satiny smooth.
2. Heat in a large pot, stirring constantly until thick.
3. Put into a flat container and chill in the fridge.
4. (Use as a butter or cheese replacement.)
Whole-food meal with leafy greens, beans, grains, berries, avocado, seeds, and vegetables being prepared in a sunlit kitchen.
