Ingredients
1/2 cup raw Almonds
1/4 cup raw Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup raw Oat Groats
1/8 cup raw Chia Seeds
1/8 cup raw Pecans
1/8 inch slice Ginger Root
1/8 inch slice Horseradish Root (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix on high speed. May need to add a little of your favorite oil. Blend until thick and creamy (peanut butter consistency.) Stores well in the refrigerator for up to 30-days." ENJOY!
