This Holiday Recipe comes from Shari Viger who writes: "First off I want to say THANK YOU for supporting the biblical eating, vegan lifestyle! Now, here is my holiday recipe using one of your favorite almond milk recipe." (See page 111 in "Recipes for Life")
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons whole cardamom
2 teaspoons broken cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 teaspoons fresh ground nutmeg
Directions:
Put all spices in a clean coffee grinder and grind till fine. Add 2 teaspoons of the spice mix to a quart of almond milk. Blend well, pour and serve immediately. (If you don't have whole cardamom, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, or whole cloves, you can substitute with these same spices already ground.) Enjoy!
