Ingredients
1/2 cup Raw Almonds soaked overnight and drained
2-3 Medjool Dates (pitted, soaked overnight in 2 cups distilled water.)
1/4 cup unsweetened Coconut
3/4 teaspoon pure Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (Optional, and don't add if using above recipe)
Directions
Place dates in a jar with 2 cups of distilled water, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight. The following morning, place almonds along with dates and their soaking water, and unsweetened coconut in a Vita-Mix or blender and process until creamy. If you do not have a Vita-Mix, it will be necessary to strain the milk, in a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Will keep several days refrigerated.
