Ingredients:
Fruits of your choice (we recommend fresh apples, pears, blueberries, strawberries, or ripe bananas)
1/4 cup water
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
- Wash fruits. If using apples or pears, peel and core them, then cut into cubes.
- Combine your choice of fruit, water, and some lemon juice to the blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth, making sure all the chunks have been blended.

- Fill pop cups and freeze.
