This frozen berry parfait is delicious, full of health-promoting compounds, and easy to make. Seeing the array of whole berries underneath the creamy whipped topping makes a person want to dive right in. On the Hallelujah Diet, it is a good idea to keep frozen berries and frozen bananas in the freezer and almond butter in the pantry. You’ll always be prepared to make delicious dishes by staying stocked.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
½ - ¾ cup water, or amount needed
1 Tbsp. almond butter
2 large handfuls frozen mixed berries (or amount desired)
Directions
2. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender, using the amount of water necessary for mixture to be able to pour, but remain slushy.
3. Poor blender mixture into the glasses with the partially frozen berries.
