An excellent recipe for Thanksgiving or Christmas. It is delicious and easy to make!
Ingredients
8 organic peeled bananas
1/4 cup ground flax seed
3 cups roughly chopped almonds
3 cups organic dried coconut
Directions
2. Stir in nuts and coconut.
3. Evenly spread mixture on Teflex sheets and dehydrate at 105 degrees until crispy.
4. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator or freezer for up to four months.
