Deluxe Veggie Wrap

A simple supper for any time of the year! Let the kids try making their own - add as many different veggies as you like. Be creative!


1 whole wheat wrap per person
Non-casein, non-soy vegan cheese (ie. VeganRella)
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced cucumbers
Grated carrot
Alfalfa sprouts
Raw corn cut off the cob (adds a nice touch)
Salad dressing (see the Dressings section)


1. Lay the wrap out and spread a thin layer of salad dressing over the surface.
2. On one side, place the cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers.
3. Sprinkle on the carrots, alfalfa sprouts and corn.
4. Roll the wrap tightly, cut it diagonally in the center, and enjoy!
