There's nothing better than a prepared-from-fresh, flavorful dressing (that's easy to prepare).
1 celery stalk
1/4 cup fresh snipped chives
1/4 cup fresh snipped parsley
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 cup water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (organic)
2 tsp Celtic sea salt (or other seasonings)
2. Chill and serve.
