When it comes to creating a nutritious and flavorful salad, the dressing plays a crucial role in enhancing the taste and providing a delightful dining experience. Making your own raw salad dressing allows you to take control of what goes into your meals. There's nothing better than a prepared-from-fresh, flavorful dressing (that's easy to prepare).


Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 celery stalk
1 tomato
1/4 cup fresh snipped chives
1/4 cup fresh snipped parsley
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 cup water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (organic)
2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt( or other seasonings)


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, or place all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake. 
  2. Chill. Pour over salad when ready to serve.

Serves 4 to 6.
