Cranberry Relish

Fresh cranberries can be found in grocery stores in America between November and Christmas. They provide a tart and crunchy base for a beautiful salad or relish for the holidays. Cranberries are as beautiful as they are healthy.


Two 8 oz. packages of fresh cranberries (approximately 5 cups)
5 tangerines or clementines, peeled and seeded
¾ cup pecans


1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired texture is reached
2. If a little extra sweetness is desired, toss in desired amount of raisins AFTER processing above ingredients
