3 Tbsp raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp raw organic honey
1 tsp garlic powder (or one fresh, finely chopped garlic clove)
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
2 tsp unrefined sea salt
2. Refrigerate to let the olive oil thicken a bit (clings to the salad better)
