Ingredients:
3 cups raw cauliflower (broken into large florets)
1 cup macadamia or pine nuts (soak 4-8 hours in distilled water, rinse and drain)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons powdered sea vegetables
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic (finely chopped)
Directions:
Put all ingredients except cauliflower in food processor with 'S' blade, adding cauliflower a little at a time. Blend until mixture looks light and fluffy like mashed potatoes (add more water if necessary). The recipe will not only look like mashed potatoes, but the taste will also be reminiscent of mashed potatoes. ENJOY
