Ingredients:
4 apples, chopped fine1/4 c. cranberries dried in apple juice, chopped 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. coarsely ground rolled oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp allspice
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of celtic sea salt
1/4 c. cold pressed oil (mild tasting)
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. raw honey
Directions:
Mix, spread in bottom of an 8x8 pan or pie plate. Mix these 9 ing. and spread over apple mixture. Dry in dehydrator at 100 for 24 hrs.
