Ingredients:
1 package of silken tofu (extra firm)
2/3 Cup unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Garlic cloves
Juice of 1 large lemon
Half of cucumber, cubed and seeds removed
1 Cup fresh, finely chopped herbs (parsley, green onions, cilantro, mint and dill weed)
Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
