A yummy addition to any Holiday table!!
Ingredients
1 bag frozen yellow whole kernel corn
1 large red bell pepper (chopped)
1 large green bell pepper (chopped)
1 pkg sliced pepper jack rice cheese
1 pkg sliced American rice cheese
Unrefined sea salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Directions
2. Pour the white corn and peppers into a baking dish and top with a layer of pepper jack rice cheese and sprinkle with unrefined sea salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Top this layer with the yellow corn/peppers, and sprinkle with some more Celtic sea salt, cayenne pepper, and the American rice cheese.
4. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
