Ingredients:
1 bag frozen WHITE WHOLE KERNAL CORN
1 bag frozen YELLOW WHOLE KERNAL CORN
1 large RED BELL PEPPER (chopped)
1 large GREEN BELL PEPPER (chopped)
1 pkg. sliced Pepper-Jack rice cheese
1 pkg. Sliced American rice cheese
Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Mix chopped peppers together and put half of the chopped peppers in each of the two bags of frozen corn. Pour the white corn and peppers into a baking dish and top with a layer of Pepper-Jack rice cheese and sprinkle with Celtic Sea salt and Cayenne. Top this layer with the yellow corn/peppers, and sprinkle with some more Celtic Sea Salt and Cayenne and the American rice cheese. Bake in 350- degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. ENJOY!
