It’s is so encouraging and rewarding reading all of the emails that came in and are still coming in as a result of my asking our readers whether it was time for me to retire or not on my 80th birthday, coming up on February 12, 2014. While the response was overwhelming that I not retire, what I did not expect was the wonderful testimonies of restored health after adopting the Hallelujah Diet. I share one of those letters below.
“Dear Dr. Malkmus, On the first Saturday of October, I drove the 400 miles from Birmingham, Alabama to Richmond Hill, Georgia to attend your seminar. There I met both you and your wife Rhonda. I brought with me that day a friend who has already experienced significant improvement in her health as a result of adopting the Hallelujah Diet. As I shared at your seminar in March, I was advised by the doctors that I had Stage 4 breast cancer. Of course, without any knowledge of there being an alternative way to go for my cancer, I went the medical way. I suffered through two surgeries and them giving me infusions every three weeks to target the cancer. Following the surgeries and infusions, a friend that had led me to the Lord 27 years ago, told me about the Hallelujah Diet and I started on it after reading your books and getting a Champion juicer. When I went to the doctors in July, only a few months after adopting the Hallelujah Diet, my blood cancer markers were way down. They had dropped from a high of 42 to the low teens. No one can believe I have cancer because I feel so great and stay so active. This has caused many to start asking me lots of questions. I loved your seminar presentation, meeting you and Rhonda, and hope you will continue to present the seminars. But I have just retired at age 65, so I understand a desire to move to a new season of life. However I am so excited about the spectacular results I have experienced on my own health after adopting the Hallelujah Diet and people are so amazed that I have Stage 4 breast cancer, I tell everyone I meet. I especially tell all the patients I meet at the cancer center about www.hacres.com and how our SAD diet is causing so many of our problems. If I am so excited about the Hallelujah Diet, I bet you will have a hard time not continuing to make the talks and give the seminars that are so uplifting and seeing people get life-saving results. The bottom line – I made the trip just so I could meet you and hear it from the ‘horse’s mouth’ so to speak. I loved your presentation and hope many others will continue to have the same opportunity to hear you that I had. If I can get to another of your seminars, I will and I will bring friends. My vote for you is to keep up the good work! I think people are more receptive than ever, especially with Obama Care starting along with all its problems. Everyone needs to avoid the new so-called health care system as much as possible. Thanks for letting me give my input. God bless you and Rhonda for the groundbreaking work you have done and having the staff in place to continue when you really decide to retire.” ~ Linda B., Birmingham, Alabama
