This 67th Health Minister training included folks coming from coast to coast (California to Massachusetts) and border to border (Texas to Minnesota) and most of the states in-between. In addition we had folks here from Canada and Nigeria. The ages of those attending ranged from 25 to 74 years.
Our next Health Minister training here in Shelby, North Carolina is scheduled for July 7-9, 2010. For more information on this training and those that will be conducted at other locations, call 800-915-9355 or visit us on the web.
This week's testimony comes from the Health Minister Training application of Beth L., who lives in Browns Valley, California:
Please describe health conditions from which you recovered since starting the Hallelujah Diet:
“I am 51 years old and 5’3” in height. I first heard about Hallelujah Acres from a friend about six years ago but did nothing to change my eating habits at that time. Then in August 2009, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. After the surgery and after refusing radiation/chemotherapy, I started looking at alternatives. My search led me to The Hallelujah Acres Diet and Lifestyle which I had first heard about six years prior. Based upon what I have learned, I wish I had not allowed the mastectomy. Before getting on the Hallelujah Acres program, I weighed 180 pounds; had suffered from insomnia for 20 years and was on 100 mg of Trazedone as well as 1000 mg of Tylenol and 50 mg of Benadryl each night; I also have had sleep apnea requiring the use of a CPAP machine for the past 10 years; while for the past 15-years I suffered with chronic pain in my thumbs and hands and was on the drug Protonix for that; and lastly, for the past two years I have experienced multiple pre-cancerous skin lesions which were being removed by my doctor every six-months. Since adopting the Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle just six weeks ago, these are the improvements I have noted: I am feeling better than I have in over 20-years; I was due for surgery for the removal of new skin lesions, but in just six weeks after making the diet change they all disappeared and the doctor could find nothing to remove; After unsuccessfully trying to lose weight for years, I have lost 24 pounds in just six weeks; I am also off all medications except for 50mg of Trazedone; and I no longer have any pain in my thumbs or hands; and lastly I am sleeping soundly and waking refreshed. How I wish I had heeded my friends advice six years ago when she encouraged me to adopt the Hallelujah Diet and Lifestyle. Now, I have my life back and am amazed and humbled at what has transpired in my body after simply changing what I ate from the world’s way of eating to God’s way as He outlines in Genesis 1:29. And I am praising God for the ministry of Hallelujah Acres.”Why do you desire to become a Hallelujah Acres Health Minister?
“I have been a nurse for 29 years. Most of that time was spent working in ICU. I have trained a lot of new nurses and there is one thing I have always told them and it fits right in with what Hallelujah Acres teaches. We don’t do any healing in ICU. Rather we support our patients while their amazing bodies are healing themselves. Also, I have always been amazed at the amount of abuse the human body can take before it surrenders to a serious illness. But never before did I realize that what we eat and drink can be the greatest source of abuse we can place upon the human body. Now that my eyes have been opened, I want to spread the word of what I have recently learned. I now want to reach people BEFORE they end up in my ICU unit. I know so many people with chronic illnesses and I want to share this Hallelujah Lifestyle with them, and feel this sharing of information will improve their health so they can better serve the Lord, as a means of glorifying God. Ultimately, I would like to open a Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle Center.”
