A British study which monitored the health habits of 2,235 men over 35 years has found that five simple rules are the key to a long and healthy life:
- Regular exercise
- Healthy weight
- Healthy diet
- Little alcohol
- No smoking
Editor Comment: These are the “rules” or principles I have observed for almost 40 years of my life – except for the “little alchohol” rule. I became a Christian on May 29, 1957 (58 years ago), and immediately gave up all alcohol, tobacco, and cursing. I will celebrate my 81st birthday on February 12, 2015.
