Is Your House Killing You?

Is Your House Killing You?

Do you struggle finding the energy to make it through the day? Do you find yourself irritable or sometimes your stomach just doesn’t feel right or you get painful headaches? These daily irritants can keep you from feeling truly alive, not to mention their daily existence can wear you down making you feel rather old. So, what is the cause? Well, it probably has nothing to do with your age but rather the toxins that surround you. Toxins are everywhere in our environment. They are in our foods, clothes, water, the air, the soaps and lotions we put on our bodies and yes, in our place of refuge–our home. Some common signs that you are overloaded with toxins include:
  • Bad breath
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Gas
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Skin problems
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis
  • Canker sores
  • Acne
  • Puffy, dark circles under the eyes
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Food cravings
  • Foul-smelling stools
  • Heartburn
  • Sleep problems
  • Rashes
  • Muscle aches
  • Joint pain
  • Sinus congestion
  • Postnasal drip
  • Excessive sinus problems
  • Headaches
  • Bloating
  • Water retention
  • Trouble losing weight
  • Premenstrual syndrome
  • Menstrual disorders
Although the symptoms don’t feel bad enough to visit the doctor, you may have actually seen one, only to find out there seems to be nothing wrong. The good news – there most likely isn’t anything seriously wrong other than too many toxins are surrounding you. Let’s play a little detective work to help identify where they might be coming from.
