In 2009 I adopted The Hallelujah Diet – God’s Way of fueling the human body – a body that He created. In order to adopt God’s Way of fueling my body, it was necessary to toss out the ‘World’s Way.’ Well, here are the results of tossing out the ‘World’s Way’ and adopting ‘God’s Way’: My severe bleeding stopped; Menopause, what menopause? Hot flashes ended, depression gone, no more hormonal imbalances and whatever else hitches a ride on the menopause rollercoaster; urinary tract infections now a thing of the past; no more fatigue; carpal tunnel gone; teeth sensitivity gone along with so many other issues; and to top it all off, I have gone from a size 14 to a size 4 (the size I was when I married my husband many, many years ago). Ladies, if you are experiencing any of those symptoms I described above and overcame, save your health, your marriage, and YOUR LIFE! Try The Hallelujah Diet. And I mean try it ‘Cold Turkey’ (no pun intended). Try the 60 Days to a Hallelujah Waistline challenge on the internet. Keep looking up and may God bless you on your journey to restored health. Dear Rev. Malkmus, I am a homeopath, Bowen practitioner and a flower essence practitioner. One of my patients introduced me to Hallelujah Acres seven years ago for which I am very grateful. I want to thank you for your ministry. Although I am not exclusively Christian, I have enormous respect for the mission of Hallelujah Acres and what you have accomplished. Dear George, I just want you to know that as a result of listening to the Jim Baker Show when you were on, and getting inspired, I purchased Rhonda’s “Recipes for Life” book, your “Hallelujah Diet” book, and the DVD of the show. In November 2010 I adopted The Hallelujah Diet and have since lost 20 pounds. Before making the diet and lifestyle change my health was not good and now I know why. My diet used to consist of lots of beef and pizzas and as a result I was always tired, sick, and feeling logy. Thank goodness the Hallelujah Way came along and I was able to educate myself with your literature which inspired me to eat correctly and begin exercising and my how wonderfully it has paid off. I’m trying to get my husband to adopt this way also. Thanks for your gift to me. Carol W.
Since your Australian Tour in 2000, and my becoming an Aussie Health Minister, I have never forgotten you. Before meeting you and learning of The Hallelujah Diet, I remained sick about eight months of every year. But since meeting you and adopting the Hallelujah way of eating and living I no longer get sick – even colds are a non-event. I exercise regularly at pump classes, do yoga exercises, power walk 2 hours every other day on the beach walking with my feet in the water, drink lots of water, take BarleyMax, vegetable juices, enjoy raw foods, salads, soups, etc. I just want to say that I am so grateful you came to Australia and shared with me 11 years ago how not to be sick. When you were here I was totally blessed with your three days of teaching at the Hawkesbury Lodge in Windsor where my health was changed forever. I am still in awe of your teachings. Thanks heaps, George. Pamela M., Australia
Dr. Malkmus, what about wild salmon or other wild fish? Jesus ate fish. I love tuna salad which I fix with Vegenaise, pickles, green onions. I have given up pretty much everything else since adopting The Hallelujah Diet last year. I originally lost 15 pounds but have regressed and gained back half of that. I would like to lose what I gained back and a bit more. I would like to attend one of your Hallelujah Lifestyle Centers and eventually become a Hallelujah Acres trained Health Minister, but right now would like to know what you think about fish? Emelia H. EDITOR RESPONDS – Fish of any type are not included in The Hallelujah Diet. Fish are not only and usually contaminated with heavy metals like mercury, PCB’s, etc., but have all the other issues associated with animal flesh: no fiber, high in cholesterol, fat, and protein.
