Ingredients:
3 or 4 ripe bananas (peeled)
1 avocado (skin and pit removed)
1-2 tablespoons raw carob powder
Directions:
Blend until smooth and creamy. If put in the fridge for a few hours, it gets firm like chocolate mousse. Adding a little water or apple juice makes a nice chocolate sauce. ENJOY!
