Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Shallots
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup green beans
1 cup chopped mushrooms
Directions:
- Warm olive oil in a skillet, add add chopped shallots and garlic.
- When tender, add chopped green onions, green beans and mushrooms.
- Stir-fry slightly, to mix flavors.
