About 4 - 5 years ago, I had a discomfort on the right side of my chest. I would feel this discomfort before going to bed and waking up. I was taking good supplements, but nothing worked. I went on a detox program; they subsided only to come back. I did this a few times. Not sure how or when, I stopped eating meat and I think I was more consistent with the barley max. Praise God, the symptoms left and didn't come back. I'm looking forward to staying focused on eating healthier and trying new recipes.
