Flavor is what makes the difference between a bland tasting food and one that is lip-smacking good. There are a number of seasonings like MSG, table salt, vinegar, sugar, etc. that enhance the flavor of food, but are a detriment to our health. Rhonda has come up with a seasoning that not only enhances flavor, but is actually good for you. It is made with raw dehydrated sea vegetables and contains all kinds of nutrients – Vitamins A, B-6, C, Chlorophyll, Protein, Enzymes, Riboflavin, Niacin and Enzymes; along with a nice array of naturally occurring minerals: Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iodine, Chromium, and Zinc, plus many other naturally occurring trace minerals.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Dehydrated Kelp
1/3 cup Dulse
1/3 cup Laver
1/3 cup Wakame
1/3 cup Raw Sesame Seeds
1/3 cup Celtic or Himalayan Salt
1/3 cup Black Pepper

Directions

1. Pace equal amounts (1/3 cup of each) in your blender
2. Blend until a fine consistency is reached. It will take a very powerful blender to make a real fine consistency but most any blenders will chop them up fine enough to place in a shaker bottle with large holes.
3. Place shaker bottle on table or in spice rack and use to season salads, or most any other dish you would like to enhance the flavor of. ENJOY!
