This recipe and comment comes from Richard Hunter in Vermont: "Dear Rhonda and George, Thanks for all the good work that you both do for all humanity. I have been eating raw fruits and vegetables for many years and have enjoyed the benefits of doing so, but more-so today than ever before, especially the raw cauliflower. I read the 'favorite recipe' in Health Tip #307 today, and wish to offer the following: For most of my 72 years, I have detested the odor and taste of cooked cauliflower. About 20 years ago, my daughter introduced me to RAW cauliflower in a crudités (uncooked food plates) and it was DELICIOUS, with a touch of some homemade dip. But it does require a sound set of teeth, as it is quite hard. Reading the 'Favorite Recipe' today made me wonder WHY people always want to cook those things that are so healthy for them when eaten raw. I would encourage everyone to try RAW cauliflower with a little of their favorite dip. It has a sweet taste with a slight edge to it, and it is sooooo healthy and delicious that way." ENJOY!
