Holiday Crock-Pot Dressing

Creating a menu for a vegan dinner party? Try our Holiday Crock-Pot dressing! Don't let the cook time fool you, this recipe is easy for a vegan feast.

Ingredients

4 cups Ezekiel 4:9:00 Bread (cubed) (Found in most Health Food Stores)

2 cups onions (chopped)

2 cups celery (chopped)

1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced - optional)

1/4 cup parsley flakes

1 1/2 teaspoons marjoram

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon sage

Celtic Sea Salt to taste (optional) 3 cups veggie soup stock (see recipe on page 60 of Hallelujah Holiday Recipes - or purchase in Health Food Store)

1/2 cup flaxseeds (ground)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and mix well. Top with ½ cup ground flaxseeds. Cook on high 45-minutes, then 4-6 hours on low - OR on high for 4-hours. ENJOY!
