1 cup almonds
5 extra-large medjool dates, pitted, torn in half
½ Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
¾ cup unsweetened coconut shreds
6 or more Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2. Roll mixture into balls a little smaller than a golf ball.
3. Store in freezer if wanting them to last for weeks. Store in refrigerator if to be consumed within a few days.
