1 ½ cups Romaine lettuce
2 large Brussels sprouts
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cilantro
¼ of your favorite orange, peel and seeds removed
¼ avocado, peel and seed removed
2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
