Sunflower Burgers Reading Berries with Turmeric Smoothie 1 minute Next Sunflower Burgers

Along with berries, turmeric will take your the antioxidant protection to a whole new level.

Ingredients

¾ cup water
A heaping tablespoon of ground flax seeds
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen raspberries
2 large frozen organic strawberries
½ frozen banana
¾ inch chunk of raw turmeric root or contents of one Hallelujah Diet curcumin capsule

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients until a smooth consistency
2. Pour into your favorite glass for enjoying smoothies...and enjoy your new creation.
