In this Health Tip we are going to zero in on what I consider to be the most dangerous and destructive of all foods – animal sourced foods. Animal sourced foods, both flesh and dairy, are the cause or contributing cause of the majority of physical problems.
The Most Dangerous Diet of All
The diet that does the most damage to the human body is one that contains foods coming from an animal. It doesn’t matter what animal that food is coming from, whether it is the flesh or the milk of that animal, or even if it is organic. All animal sourced foods are dangerous; as nourishment they have the potential of doing great harm to the body. If it is true that animal-sourced foods are detrimental to health -- and it has been scientifically proven that this is true -- then we must conclude that any diet that promotes animal sourced foods is a dangerous diet. And the greater the percentage of animal sourced foods contained in the diet, the more dangerous the diet becomes. 9 Popular Diets That Are Making People Sick Do you realize just how many popular diets contain animal sourced foods? Safer Diets
Vegetarian diets contain no meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or fish), but do allow some dairy and eggs. A vegetarian diet is superior to those diets that contain flesh foods for a number of reasons, including:- They are naturally lower in saturated fat
- They are higher in fiber
- They are rich in vitamins and minerals
- They nourish the body with immune-system-supporting and cancer-fighting compounds.
The Genesis 1:29 Diet
To determine what diets are the best diets, containing the best fuels with which to nourish the human physical body, we need a standard to weigh all diets against! There is only one place we can go to find that standard, and that place is the Bible, The Word of God! In the book of Genesis, we learn that God created Adam, the first human to walk the face of this earth, along with the building materials God used to create him:“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” ~ Genesis 2:7Next we learn that God planted a Garden
“And the Lord God planted a garden eastward of Eden. . . ~ Genesis 2:8And what did God do next?
“And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden, to dress it, and to keep it.” ~ Genesis 2:15And finally we learn what God told Adam he should eat in order to properly nourish his God created physical body:
“AND GOD SAID, Behold, I have given you every herb (VEGETABLE) bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the FRUIT of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat (FUEL).” ~ Genesis 1:29The Hallelujah Diet is a diet patterned after God’s Original Genesis 1:29 Diet. It is a diet comprised of 100% plant sourced foods., and because it contains nothing of animal origin, it is in the same vegan diet category as God’s original Genesis 1:29 diet.
4 Reasons Animal Sourced Foods Are So Dangerous
As we begin this exposure of animal products, the first thing I would like to bring to our attention is that the human body was not designed by God to efficiently handle flesh foods. Man does not possess the kind of teeth necessary to rip flesh from the bones of an animal, effectively chew flesh foods, nor does man possess the highly acidic stomach acids necessary to digest flesh. Now for some other problems with animal sourced foods: Reason #1 – Animal Sourced Foods are Devoid of Fiber The digestive tract of man is approximately 30 feet in length and has many loops, pockets and bends. The digestive tract of the human body was designed by God to move food rapidly through these 30 feet of digestive tract by means of FIBER. Fiber is available exclusively in diets that are plant based. You will find abundant fiber in fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. However, there is absolutely NO FIBER to be found in anything of animal origin – whether it be flesh or dairy. All animal sourced foods, whether it is flesh or dairy, are totally devoid of fiber. The plant-based diet God told man he was to consume for nourishment (fuel) in Genesis 1:29 was loaded with fiber. When high fiber foods are consumed, they digest quickly, and being propelled by that fiber, travel through the 30 feet of digestive tract within 16 hours. Flesh foods on the other hand, because they contain zero fiber, have nothing to propel that fiberless flesh through the 30 feet of digestive tract. Thus ,the flesh moves very sluggishly, taking as long as 3-4 days to complete the journey, before being removed from the body as feces. Body temperature is approximately 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. In this kind of heat, flesh foods putrefy in the gut during their 3-4 day journey. The putrefying of that flesh is the primary cause of offensive body odor. Furthermore, putrefying animal flesh is the primary cause of most colon problems – colitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis, diverticulosis, and colon cancer. Here at Hallelujah Acres we have received testimonies of every one of these conditions going away after a person stopped the intake of animal flesh and adopted a 100% plant-based diet. Note that those with severe colon conditions may have to start with vegetable juice only, then work their way up to raw vegetables so that the colon can heal in order to properly deal with raw foods. In fact, this is where the high intake of vegetable juices, which have had all fiber removed before consuming, comes to the forefront. As the fiberless juices provide the body with the building materials to heal the colon lining, it isn’t long before that individual can usually introduce fiber back into the diet in the form of blended salads and smoothies. Reason #2 – Animal Sourced Foods Are Highly Acidic Acidity in the blood is measured by pH levels. The pH scale runs from 0 to 14, where zero is 100% acidic while 14 is 100% alkaline. Neutral is 7.0. If the pH of the blood drops below 7.0, and into the ACID zone – we die. The pH of our blood is approximately 7.35 on the pH scale, which means that our bodies were designed by God to be alkaline-dominant. In fact, disease proliferates in an acid environment, but has a very difficult time surviving in an alkaline environment. Animal sourced foods (flesh & dairy) are acidic, while plant sourced foods are primarily alkaline. This is why God’s original diet includes no animal sourced foods. Care2, an online information resource for healthy living, covered this subject recently and listed eight health problems triggered by excess acidity:- Excessive amounts of acid deplete oxygen which is essential for life
- It damages your cells’ energy centers and they don’t have enough energy to function properly
- Excess acid is stored in tissues and joints, causing damage over time.
- Excessive amounts of acid can damage cells, including brain cells.
- High acid levels create a breeding ground for bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens.
- Excess acid can damage organs and glands,
- Excess acidity overburdens organs like the kidneys and the liver, making detoxification difficult
- Acid depletes alkaline mineral stores in the body, particularly magnesium from muscles and calcium from bones.
In Conclusion...
There is much more I could share here regarding the dangers of animal-sourced foods, but I would like to end on a more positive and, I hope, inspiring note. I personally eliminated all animal-sourced foods from my diet nearly 40 years ago after being diagnosed with cancer. I became a 100%, Genesis 1:29, plant-eating vegan, and for almost 40 years since my only source of protein has been plant protein, my only source of fat has been plant fat, and my only source of nourishment has been foods found in the Garden. As a result of making this diet change, my cancer simply went away. Now, as I approach my 80th birthday, I am still alive and well on planet Earth with a strong and healthy body with no physical or mental limitations or any indication of inadequate nourishment because I don’t eat meat.My Health Tip for You
