Since we began publishing this weekly electronic Hallelujah Health Tip 700 issues ago, email responses have increased dramatically. I read every one of them, but because of time restraints I’m not always able to respond.
These emails, especially those containing testimonies telling of improved health by those adopting The Hallelujah Diet, have been great motivators to my continuing to share God’s health message, even as I approach my 80th birthday. Please keep the letters coming!
Rev. M., I so appreciate your ministry. I have a strong witness as a pancreatic cancer ‘victor’ as a result of following and living The Hallelujah Diet. Jackie W.
Dr. Malkmus, thank you so much for sharing the very personal story of your dear sister’s death due to radiation. Also, thank you for changing my health and life with the simple truths of God’s Word and your stunning testimony and devotion to this ministry. I look forward to every Health Tip and magazine that comes from Hallelujah Acres. I read every word, which helps keep me on track. I am trying to help people in my family who are all believers in the medical system of today and suffering greatly as a result. The ignorance is so profound in our society as to the simplicity of gaining and maintaining health and caring for our miraculous self-healing physical bodies. I am astounded every day at the abuse of the body and the lack of understanding of how to care for our most treasured possession. God bless you and Rhonda and all those at Hallelujah Acres who are changing the world and giving us hope. What a fabulous and important work you do in the name of the Lord. Thank you! I have been very ill most of my life, but now at the age of 62, as a result of adopting The Hallelujah Diet, I am thriving! Marcia F.
Rev. Malkmus, my sincere thanks for the free seminar you and your group provided there at Hallelujah Acres in Shelby, North Carolina on April 2. Three of us attended because we wanted to learn more about The Hallelujah Diet and unexpectedly gained a sincere appreciation for your spiritual and physical enthusiasm. Your heart of a minister was very evident. We encourage you to continue with using your personal ministry of effectively changing lives. Your sincerity prompted all three of us to want to try improving our health by following your logic and teachings. Your continued excitement over something you have been speaking for the past 20 years was genuinely respected and received. Jan I.
Rev. George, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2007. I had a decision to make: go the medical route or alternative route. I chose the alternative route, purchased Dr. Lorraine Day’s Cancer Doesn’t Scare Me Anymore, and implemented a 100% plant based diet. After following this plant based diet for 18 months, the cancer was no longer detectable! After that wonderful news, I made a very poor decision to slowly return to my bad eating habits and the cancer returned. Why it took me so long I don’t know, but on March 30, 2011 I surrendered and made the commitment like I did in 2007 to follow God’s eating plan as outlined in your Hallelujah Diet. With God’s blessing, I believe I will be able to reverse my breast cancer once again. Thank you for speaking the truth. Rev. Malkmus, you are helping so many people change their lives, including mine. Thank you! Brenda P.
I am a Hallelujah Acres trained Health Minister and have been enjoying great health as a result of adopting The Hallelujah Diet. I read your article about your sister’s battle with cancer and radiation. This week my mother-in-law, a heavy smoker, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and is in the hospital receiving radiation and chemotherapy. The family has all been spending time visiting her, and I have been holding her hand and kissing her. After reading of your sister’s radiation and the exposing of your niece and nephew to her radiation (causing them to develop thyroid cancer), I am wondering about the possible dangers of radiation exposure coming from visiting my mother-in-law. Wow, what an eye opener your article was! I am wondering if we should limit our visits with my mother-in-law, take potassium iodide, question the doctor about risks, while they are poisoning her? Any ideas? I know the family will not agree to any other treatments of her cancer other than radiation and chemotherapy due to fear. Her daughter is an oncology nurse by the way. Thank you so much for shedding light on this concern! Donna D. EDITOR RESPONDS: Hi Donna. Concern for radiation exposure is limited to those dealing with thyroid cancers who have received radioactive iodine to kill the thyroid. These patients are normally isolated and visitors not allowed until the radioactive iodine has had time to be eliminated from the system. Early contact with these patients can lead to damage of the thyroid and ultimately thyroid cancer. Typical radiation treatments such as your mother-in-law received may damage surrounding tissue in the patient receiving the treatment but to the best of my knowledge these patients do not pose a risk to those around them or visiting them. The potential danger in these treatments occurs during the treatment itself. That is why those administering the treatment need to be shielded during the radiation treatment.
