This past Saturday, Rhonda and I took a day off to drive to the mountains of western North Carolina. We found some leaves just starting to turn their beautiful shades of red and gold. That means fall is here and it’s apple harvest time!
We here in the Malkmus household love apples. They are a delicious, nutritious, and low-sugar food. The next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more of our favorite apple recipes.
