Raw Non-Dairy Whip

Raw Non-Dairy Whip

It's no wonder this creamy recipe tastes so good — it's made with macadamias! Macadamia nuts are considered the world's finest nut and, though they are typically thought of as being from Hawaii, they are actually native to Australia. Macadamias contain healthy doses of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, and pack a hefty 9 grams of body-building, plant-based protein per 100 gram serving. And despite their rich, creamy texture, thanks to a good amount of monounsaturated fat, a recent study by the University of Newcastle in Australia showed that macadamia nuts help people lose weight, improve cholesterol levels, and reduce oxidative stress. Speaking of fat, macadamia oil contains the highest percentage of healthy monounsaturated fat in the plant kingdom, even higher than olive oil!
Why bother with the health issues of dairy when you could have this! Light, creamy, and just the right sweetness. Your guests would never guess there's no cream involved!
