"Marvellous" Testimony from Nigeria

I received this letter, a few weeks ago, from an 11-year-old boy in Nigeria. Not only are he and his family on The Hallelujah Diet, but he is also encouraging others to adopt The Hallelujah Diet & Lifestyle on his own, personal blog! “Dear Rev. George Malkmus, My name is Marvellous O. I am 11 years old and attend Childline Private School in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. I am the Head Boy in my school and I just started a blog. My dad introduced me to The Hallelujah Diet and now my whole family practices it. I would like for you to write an article for my blog focusing on good health and committing to The Hallelujah Diet so that I can reach out to children and adults about good health. I would also like to put your website on my blog so that the Nigerian people can be educated more."

“Dear Rev. George Malkmus. My name is Marvellous O. I am 11 years old and attend Childline Private School in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. I am the Head Boy in my school and I just started a blog. My dad introduced me to The Hallelujah Diet and now my whole family practices it. I would like you to write an article for my blog on good health and committing to The Hallelujah Diet so that I can reach out to children and adults about good health. I would also like to put your website on my blog so that the Nigerian people can be educated more. I am very interested in helping people and that is the primary reason I became Head Boy in my school. When I tell my friends that I do not eat meat they scream; like what happened the day I went to my friend’s house and did not eat any meat. His mother was so surprised. I hope to travel to America in the summer to visit you. I will be patiently waiting for your reply.” ~ Marvellous O., Lagos, Nigeria
I responded to Marvellous by sending him the article that you can read below. When I sent him the article below, here is how he responded:
“Thank you, sir. Your article has been posted at buzzriddles.blogspot.com. My dad, who sends his warm regards, has promised to circulate it within his network on a variety of social media. It is my hope that God will use this article to improve the health of people, not only in Nigeria, but around the world. Best regards to your family.” ~ Marvellous

How the Hallelujah Diet Promotes Good Health

The Hallelujah Diet is based on God’s original diet given to man in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 1:29), that is, raw, plant-based foods. Raw, plant-based foods are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids (building blocks of protein). In fact, for the human body, plant protein is now recognized as being equal to or better than animal protein; not to mention that animal protein has been proven to cause cancer and plant-based protein does not. The nutrients in raw, plant-based foods offer an exact match of what our bodies need to sustain and literally rebuild vital organs, the immune system, and every living cell. This is important because our bodies are constantly replacing dead cells with new cells at a rate of 300 million cells per minute! However, we cannot be healthy or heal properly from illness or disease if the replacement cells are not stronger than the ones they are replacing. The only way to ensure that these new cells are healthier is to eat a diet high in living (raw), plant-based foods. By providing the body with these foods, we are giving it what it needs to begin rebuilding its self-healing ability to repair disease-damaged cells, tissues, and organs. One of the main reasons these foods have such a miraculous effect is because they contain living enzymes, the catalyst for all chemical changes in your body, including digestion, breathing, and even thinking! While extremely beneficial, enzymes are also very fragile. When raw foods are heated over 107°F — as all cooked and processed foods are — enzymes begin to die. This is why there is nothing created by man that can offer the same healing benefits as raw, living, plant-based foods. The benefits of raw, plant-based foods are unmatched, which is why The Hallelujah Diet consists of 85% raw, plant-based foods, but also includes 15% cooked, plant-based foods to supply nutrients that are hard for the human body to absorb from raw foods. Why does Hallelujah Acres promote only plant-based foods? Aside from the reason that they are God’s original diet for mankind, plant-based foods are better because they are alkaline-forming instead of acid-forming. Alkalinity and acidity are measured using a system called the pH scale, which ranges from 0 (highly acid) to 14 (highly alkaline). The ideal pH for blood in the human body is slightly alkaline at 7.35; obviously, being alkaline is what the body prefers to remain healthy. Thus, alkaline-forming foods help maintain proper health. By contrast, an acidic body, caused by eating acid-forming foods, is a magnet for sickness, disease, and aging. Alkaline foods include most fruits, green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, seeds, nuts, herbs, spices, and seasonings. By contrast, when you eat acid-forming foods like meat, dairy, fish, poultry, eggs, soft drinks, processed foods, coffee, etc., you force your body to borrow alkaline minerals (primarily calcium) from vital organs and bones to neutralize the acid. The end result is that these foods can actually take more nutrients from your body than they contribute! However, eating alkaline foods is not enough in today’s world. To battle health deteriorating factors like stress, pollution, and reduced nutrition due to depleted farming soil, your body needs concentrated nutrients — and the best form of concentrated nutrition is juicing. When fresh vegetables are fed through a juicer, the machine separates the pulp (fiber) from the juice, which concentrates all of the vegetable's nutrients into an easily digestible form. This means that juicing can deliver much more nutrition to your cells much quicker and with much less energy than digesting whole food. For example, even if your digestive system is healthy, you can only assimilate 35% of the nutrition in a whole carrot. But if you extract and drink the juice of that same carrot, you would assimilate up to 92% of the nutrients! This means that you can ingest the nutrition from half a kilogram of carrots in just 250 mL of carrot juice! As part of juicing, Hallelujah Acres makes it easier by offering enzymatically alive, powdered juice powders made from barley grass (BarleyMax), carrots (CarrotJuiceMax), and beets (BeetMax). A plant-based diet supplemented with fresh, vegetable juicing is the foundation of The Hallelujah Diet. But The Hallelujah Diet is more than just a change in the foods we eat. It involves every aspect of life! In order to be healthy in a biblical sense, we must take care of our whole being — spiritual, emotional, and physical. It is vital to include sunshine, fresh air, pure water, adequate rest, exercise, a positive mental attitude, and most importantly, a long relationship with God. Hallelujah Acres’ mission is to help you experience a vibrant life by empowering your self-healing body with The Hallelujah Diet. Please visit the Hallelujah Acres Nigeria website at www.hacresnigeria.com for more information. Give The Hallelujah Diet a chance and you won’t regret it! Chances are, it will make you feel so good that you will never want to go back to your old way of life! -Many thanks to Dr George Malkmus, the Founder of Hallelujah Diet and Hallelujah Acres, who generously contributed this article from his base in North Carolina, USA.
