Since Hallelujah Acres' inception more than 20 years ago, people who have adopted The Hallelujah Diet have been writing to tell of their incredible healings, weight loss experiences, and the wonderful health benefits they have experienced after doing something as simple as changing what they eat. Following are a few of those recent letters:
“Okay! I have to toot my own horn here. I just got done with a physical exam with my doctor here in Las Vegas, Nevada and here are the results of that examination: My triglycerides are perfect. My good cholesterol is way above what the doctor said he has ever seen in someone my age. My bad cholesterol is way lower than he has ever seen in anyone. He says three-year-olds have worse numbers than me (what does that tell you about kid’s diets?) My blood pressure is now on the low side of normal, and my muscles and joints show no signs of rheumatoid arthritis, which I suffered with for 12 years prior to adopting The Hallelujah Diet. The doctor then literally took out a magnifying glass and went over my skin and said I have the skin of a teenager! You can imagine I am glowing by now. He also said I had an awesome tan but that my skin showed no signs of sun damage. He said he had never seen such a thing and was utterly amazed. I told him I needed to drop a few pounds, but he said that from a medical standpoint, ‘You are perfect’! I have never had a doctor tell me that I was ‘perfect’ ever before in my life. I used to weigh 320 pounds before the diet change and am now well under 200. I am not going to believe him when he tells me my weight is ‘perfect’, because I know I need to yet lose a little more weight, but I was thrilled to learn I am 15 pounds lighter than I was on my previous visit to him. After all was said and done, and after a thorough physical, he told me I could leave. After I got dressed I went out to the nurse’s station to see if there were any ‘final instructions’ and the nurse receptionist asked me how I managed to stay so healthy. I told her I am a vegan and on The Hallelujah Diet, and the doctor who was present spoke up and said, ‘That explains everything’. Colin Campbell, and read his book ‘The China Study’. This led to my registering for his course on ‘Plant Based Nutrition’, earning a certificate in the process. The text of the course had very strong reservations about supplements which sounded very true and authentic at the time. But your recent Health Tip which dealt with ‘Recommended Supplements on the Hallelujah Diet’ brings in a new dimension altogether. It truly gives one room for deep reflection.
