Eleanor was just 39 when she was given a death sentence: Aggressive breast cancer. She had a lot more life to live, and two young children to raise. Against her doctor's advice, she refused chemotherapy and adopted The Hallelujah Diet — read on to find out what happened next!
“Dear Rev. Malkmus, I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2011 at the age of 39, after my mother had died during her fight with ovarian cancer over 10 years ago. I knew I did not want to die an early death like my mother had, especially since I had two young children ages 3 and 6 years old that I needed to raise and a husband to take care of. I knew I wanted to do something different for my cancer then the medical treatments my mother had done for her cancer which resulted in her death. So I found you and the Hallelujah Diet. I asked my doctor if I could use food as a part of my healing. She told me that this was not the time to change my diet! Thank goodness I did not listen to my doctor and I cold turkey stopped eating the SAD I had been previously been eating which included lots of animal flesh and sugar. In spite of my doctor’s words not to do so, cold turkey I started eating the Hallelujah Diet with lots of raw vegetable juices and green smoothies. I also began reading your Health Tips and on the Hallelujah Diet I quickly lost 30 pounds – it just naturally melted right off and it has stayed off. My doctor never did mention my wonderful weight loss. Due to the aggressive nature of the cancer, I did allow some surgery and radiation but no chemotherapy. Because of the Hallelujah Diet I never tired during the treatments and was able to keep up with my young children and continued working. I think the juices and green smoothies and all of the raw foods saved my life and kept me energized! Before I started eating God’s way, I was going to the doctor several times a year for strep throat, bronchitis, and sinus infections. Over the past two years on the Hallelujah Diet, I have not been to the doctor for anything other than my cancer check-ups and my mammograms which look fantastic. At the age of 41 I am very healthy and for that I say thank you, oh thank you! I praise God for the way He has used you in my life Rev. George Malkmus. I am now a healthy eating example to my family and friends. My husband and children, even my in-laws, are making healthier food choices because they have seen what a changed diet has done in my life. I only wish we had known about the healing powers of the body when we nourish it the way God intended years ago. If we had, maybe my Mom would be here today, and I would never have had to deal with aggressive breast cancer!” ~ Eleanor R.Comments from Rev. Malkmus During the past several weeks I have been writing articles concerning the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obama Care. When I used to write articles on this topic, I would often receive negative mail, but regarding what I said in these recent articles, there hasn’t been a single negative response! Here are a couple of the positive ones:
“Oh, Rev. Malkmus, you’ve hit the nail squarely on the head! I love your response to this negative naysayer. The realistic values you were raised with match millions of seniors today, including me, even though it seems these same values are being trashed too, all in the name of idealistic diversity and tolerance. Hard times usually bring on realism, but not in today’s world of idealism, where so many are literally being taken care of by Big Government. You are truly a beacon of light. I am so glad you persevered in your intention to spread the word of good nutrition and lifestyle change for better health instead of drugs, drugs, drugs. This truth you teach threatens so many. People have become very lazy today. In fact, I think laziness is the root of so many of the problems we face today.” ~ Veggie Lady
“Dear Rev. Malkmus, I mailed your Health Tip titled ‘Rev. Malkmus Proposes His Own Health Care Plan’ to my two senators here in Washington. Who knows? Maybe they will read it and thus be introduced to what you are teaching. God’s Word says it will not return void! I am praying this will be the result of my sharing with my two senators your words of wisdom. Please do not stop writing the Health Tips just because you are 80 years old. You are such a testimony to us older saints!” ~ Virginia T., Washington
