Why has it taken man so long to accept what God has been telling us from the beginning in Genesis 1:29:“On average, the U.S. diet is low in vegetables, fruit, and whole grains and too high in calories, saturated fat, sodium, refined and added sugars ... a diet higher in plant-based foods, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds and lower in calories and animal-based foods is more health-promoting.”
It has been almost 40 years since I changed my diet from an animal flesh and dairy-based diet to a plant-based diet and I attribute my excellent health at the age of 82 to this diet change. In fact, I haven’t experienced a cold or the flu even one time since making that diet change almost 40 years ago.“AND GOD SAID, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing (VEGETABLE) seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the FRUIT of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat (FOOD).”
