How to Use BarleyMax

Mix 2 grams, (slightly less than a teaspoon) of BarleyMax in 3-4 ounces of purified water, juice or smoothie. BarleyMax is easier to mix in liquids by shaking rather than stirring. It may also be taken dry by allowing 2 grams to dissolve in your mouth. Take 2 to 3 times per day or more if nutritional needs are higher.
