Now, almost a year later, I have resumed a 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day habit and regained 12 of the pounds I had lost. The coffee leads to an increased intake of sweets and salty snacks. So far my tendonitis has not returned, but my energy level has dropped.
My New Years resolution is to get back 100% on the H A Diet, which means eliminating the coffee, resuming consistent use of juicing and BarleyMax, increasing the "raw" portion of my diet, and increasing exercise.
My present physical ailments, some of which had gone away only a year ago are, 25 pounds overweight, again, Fatigue, Joint aches in fingers, knees and hips, Shoulder and lower back pain caused by some spinal disk deterioration, Difficulty in lifting, Difficulty in kneeling, Difficulty in sitting and rising from the floor, Minor heart arrhythmia, probably coffee related, Problems with sleeping through the night, Swelling in my feet and legs
I want to say thank you very much for your healing ministry. I feel confident that many of my ailments will go away or be greatly reduced once I am consistently on the diet. I have already achieved and keep so many improvements, despite my return to coffee, etc. I find it amazing that in 55 years of going to doctors, that diet was seldom addressed as a potential solution.
My mother has had two bypass surgeries for blocked arteries. After her first surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, in 1977, we were taught to reduce fats from our meals as much as possible. This is the only time in my experience with "doctors" that diet was considered as part of the solution to an ailment.
God bless you all and your ministry! I feel like there is hope for a healthy and useful life despite the perils of growing older!
