For over twenty years I have had to take allergy shots, drops under the tongue, and prescription medicine to control my multiple allergies.
In April 1998 I started the Hallelujah Diet to hasten my recovery from major surgery (fusion, steel rods and pins) in my low back. My recovery has progressed nicely and I am now walking three miles every day. After starting on the Hallelujah Diet, I began to feel so well that I stopped my allergy treatments. That was over a year ago, with several allergy seasons in between since I stopped. I am happy to report that not only is my back doing fine, but my allergies are all gone!
