I have been on the Hallelujah Diet for going on four weeks now. My daily goal is to stay as close to 100%-program as possible. While I have not always avoided each of the 5 "whites" every day, I have been very careful to consume the Barley Green and fresh carrot juice at the appropriate times each day.
What I especially wanted to share with you is something I discovered by accident. One evening I forgot to take Barley Green before supper and I didn't realize it until just before bedtime. What I decided to do was to go ahead and take it then. I thought, "why not, my digestive system will be "asleep" and the Barley Green will go directly to the cells for sure. The next morning when I awoke at the usual time (4:00 a.m.) and got out of bed, I noticed that I felt better. Since then, in addition to taking Barley Green before each of the three meals each day, I also take it just before bedtime. The results have been phenomenal.
