Eating out while following the fully raw diet can seem overwhelming or impossible. Janet helps us with what to eat on a raw vegan diet while dining out at a restaurant:
Janet writes: "I try to eat organic, living food as much as possible - which can be a challenge when going out to dinner! I find going to Italian Restaurants to be very accommodating! I order a nice big green leaf salad, extra virgin olive oil and lemon wedges and herbs for a dressing for the first course. Then for the main course, I ask for the primavera vegetables UNCOOKED (veggies only with no mushrooms) with a side of bruschetti for a topping - and Oh! It's so good! If they don't happen to have the bruschetti or pomodora, I get a side of marinara. I am happy, and anyone I am going with can always find something to their liking." ENJOY!
