This raw food recipe comes from Madeleine.

*A WARNING REGARDING GARLIC OLIVE OIL*

"Do not store garlic in oil at room temperature. Garlic- in-oil mixtures stored at room temperature provide perfect conditions for producing botulism toxin, the same hazard exists from roasted garlic stored in oil."

Ingredients

1 pint Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 cloves of Garlic

Directions

1. I put 2-3 cut cloves of garlic in my bottle of Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2. This gives a lovely garlic flavor when added to salads. ENJOY!
