Ingredients:
2 ½ cups distilled water
1 pint peeled fresh chopped tomatoes (or canned salt-free tomatoes)
1 medium ripe bell pepper, chopped
1 large garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 medium onion chopped
½ cup black olives (pitted and halved)
1 1/3 cups Basmati rice (organic if available)
2 teaspoons all-purpose herb seasoning
¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in your crock pot, stir, cover, and cook on low for 6-9 hours. Or cook on high for 3 hours. ENJOY!
