Ann Malkmus

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin—Platteville and an M.A. in Communication from the University of Dubuque in Iowa, Ann Malkmus discovered the Hallelujah Diet in 1996, revolutionizing her entire way of life.

Meeting Reverend Malkmus in a small church in the Midwest, at the time, Ann suffered from IBS and fibromyalgia and began her journey to healthier living through MyHDiet. Inspired by the lifestyle changes, Ann has centered her life's work around the Hallelujah Diet's mission: that we each have a miraculous, self-healing body that, through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and proper detoxification, all of us can achieve a renewed, better way of life.

Ann Malkmus has developed and shared hundreds of health and wellness programs through diligent research and education. As the Hallelujah Diet's Chief of Education, her passion and knowledge have reached well over 10,000 people in the United States, Canada, and 50 other countries worldwide.

Working side by side with the MyHDiet team and her husband, Paul Malkmus, Ann develops and establishes health, wellness, educational, and training programs that are accessible and easy for all to incorporate in their daily lives. Her work allows countless people to adapt and learn how to change their lifestyle habits with the Hallelujah diet, both online and in person, through leadership and individual teaching.

Ann has published award-winning works such as Unravel The Mystery: A Simple, Effective Approach to Beating Cancer, has co-created the Where Do We Go From Here program together with Paul, traveled to Nigeria to train and teach the benefits of eating a primarily raw plant-based diet, and continues to keep up with the changing world of health and Science to serve better all who follow the MyHDiet. In addition to her many contributions to the lives of thousands, Ann created Luminology, The Science of Her.

Ann Malkmus tirelessly seeks new teaching and learning opportunities to share with her MyHDiet friends and fellowship. Using her unique perspective and passion for helping all, she uses her personal experience, knowledge, and expertise to help shape and create new and engaging educational programs and health products for Hallelujah Diet.
